Renference Returns Policy

At Renference, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a Print On Demand store, each product is made specifically for you. This means our return policies are tailored to account for this unique production process.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at returns@renference.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Since our products are made on demand, we may not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality issues, such as a change of mind. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

We stand behind our products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at returns@renference.com if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll resolve the issue promptly by evaluating your case and providing a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Given the Print On Demand nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-designed items unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.
  • Gift cards or discounted items from sales.

Exchanges

Since every item is custom-made, we do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different product:

  1. Request a return for the original item (following the steps above).
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re located in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt without providing a reason, in compliance with EU law.

To qualify:

  • Items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require extra processing time for the funds to appear.
